SUSTAINABILITY AND SOCIAL VALUE

OUR PLANET DESERVES TO BE PROTECTED – ON A LOCAL, NATIONAL AND GLOBAL LEVEL.

The buildings we live, learn and work in underpin our lives and shape our communities. We believe they don’t have to come at the expense of the planet – that’s why TCi is building for good.

SOCIAL VALUE AND CSR STATEMENT

TCi’s annual sustainability and CSR report covers achievements and progress made throughout the previous financial year.

OUR PROJECTS

OUR SUSTAINABILITY CHARTER

In 2021, TCi adopted a sustainability charter to deliver governance to business activities, aligned to core environmental commitments and objectives.

The charter has been agreed to and signed by all TCi employees and is part of our brand’s overarching ambition to become leaders in sustainability – benefitting our planet, our community, and our clients.

CORE OBJECTIVES

Our charter is built around six core, measurable objectives and identifies progressive goals. That means we don’t just aim meet our current standards – we improve and evolve with time.

PLANTING FOR THE PLANET

We’re planting our own forest! By investing in a local reforestation project, we’ll be able to offset Scope 1 & 2 carbon emissions. So far, the TCi forest spans 9.5 acres with more than 6000 trees planted.

SUPPORTING SURFERS AGAINST SEWAGE

With a coastal HQ, we care a lot about our beautiful beaches. That’s why we signed up to the Million Mile Clean in 2022! Since then, the TCi team has completed seven beach cleans across North Devon and Bridgwater, collecting a total of 110kg of rubbish.
